อันนี้เป็นเต้าหู้ในน้ำรสคล้ายๆ พะโล้ แต่ว่าน่าทึ่งตรงที่เต้าหู้นุ่ม น้ำซุปซึมเข้าไปทั่วทั่งชิ้น ทั้งๆ ที่ก็ไม่เละไม่เสียรสผิวสัมผัสเด้งดึ๋ง อร่อยมาก แต่เล็กไปหน่อย - - ร้อยกว่าบาทแนะ
